Totally…eat right and do 60 minutes of challenging yoga 3-5 times a week, and you’ll see and feel changes almost immediately.

You should see s lot more benefits if you do this type of yoga for 45-60 minutes, 4-5 times a week. Commit to it, and let me know what happens!

Thank you so much. You have absolutely exquisite flexibility and I certainly hope I can tone my body like that doing Yoga workouts. I have a hard time holding balance perfectly as you do, but is there anything else I could alongside daily practices to balance myself better (Especially doing moves around 4:40 ) so that the routines are flawless and smooth?

Hi there,
I’d do the Core Warm-Up, then Core Sun Salutations, then this video, then any other strong video you like of mine, then end with Yoga for Runners and any other stretches you like. OR, you could do my Hipster Playlist or Omega Playlist all the way through for one consecutive class. I will make more playlists soon! have fun! Sadie

Hi there,
Bend your knees in Down Dog, keep your belly lifted, and then stretch through your heels only until you feel a good stretch, not a pull. Meet your edge with bent legs, keep your pelvis straight with your spine, and then work on straightening your legs over time. Let me know if it helps! xoSadie

I only do yoga. 4-6 times a week for one hour. It’s all my body needs! But anything else can be good for the body. Yoga, however, is great for the mind and heart as well.

First of all, darling, welcome to being a real woman instead of a little girl. We all have body fat, even the models…but to stay fit, you want to eat healthfully, and never below 1500 calories a day, and do about 30-60 minutes of vigorous exercise like this 3-4 times a week. This will keep your body natural, and toned, whatever your body type is. Have fun! But remember–don’t even try to be perfect. There’s no such thing and you can ruin your life trying. xoSadie
